This is the Adarsh Packers & Movers branch over at 128 G B Road, right by Labour Chowk. It’s a very active part of town, especially with the workers at the chowk every morning. We’ve been here at number 128 for a while, helping local families and businesses move their belongings. It’s a straightforward business. We pack things up, load them on the truck, and drive them to the new place. We use a lot of old blankets to keep the furniture from getting scratched. We don't have a polished corporate image. Our office is a bit cluttered with rolls of tape and stacks of empty cartons. That’s because we are actually working, not just sitting around. I think people like that we are local and easy to talk to. We don't use any complicated contracts or marketing speak. If you have a bed or a kitchen that needs moving, we tell you what it will take. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, especially during the monsoon, but we just cover everything in plastic and keep going. We know the streets around G B Road very well. It helps us avoid the worst of the jams. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to move your boxes safely. It’s a practical job for practical people.
