Somniare Domus Solutions Private Limited

We set up shop at House Number 1 on Parhwal Road, right in the THDC Colony here in Dehradun. It’s a nice enough area and being at the start of the road makes it easy for people to find us. We’ve been working on housing solutions for a bit now, and the name Somniare Domus sounds a bit fancy, but we are actually pretty down-to-earth people. The office is basically a converted house, so it feels more comfortable than those cold buildings in the city center. We spend our time figuring out how to make homes better for people living in the 248001 area. Dehradun has its own rhythm, and we try to work with that instead of against it. Most of our work involves a lot of sketching and sitting around a table drinking tea while we argue about where a window should go. It isn't always smooth sailing, and sometimes we run into issues with the terrain or the weather up here in the hills. But that is just part of the job. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just show people what we can do and hope they like the way we think about space. Our team is small, mostly just local folks who know the roads and the neighborhood. We keep things practical and don't try to overcomplicate the building process for anyone. We are just here doing the work one day at a time.
