Soi Engineering Works

We are located at 57 Gandhi Road, right across from the Doon Plaza here in Dehradun. It’s a busy stretch of road and we’ve been part of it for a good while now. At Soi Engineering Works, we mostly handle various mechanical jobs and repairs that come our way. The shop floor is usually a bit dusty and smells like metal and oil, but that's just the nature of the work we do. We aren't a big factory or anything, just a local shop where we try to fix things correctly. Sometimes the machines are loud and the workspace gets cluttered when we have a few big projects going on at once. People from the city bring us all sorts of parts to look at. We don't have a fancy front office with air conditioning; it’s more of a place where you come to talk about gears and welding. The staff here has been around for years and they know their way around the tools. We just open up in the morning and stay busy until the sun goes down. Dehradun has changed a lot, but Gandhi Road still feels like the heart of things for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on whatever is on the workbench today.
