Softknow Computers

Softknow Computers is tucked away in the C 5 unit of the New Shopping Complex in Shivalik Nagar. It’s a fairly modern area, and the complex has quite a few different businesses in it. We have our own little corner where we set up all our equipment. Shivalik Nagar is a busy place with a lot of people living and working nearby, so we see a good amount of foot traffic. Our shop is mostly filled with computers and repair tools. We don't have a lot of decorations because we prefer to use the space for working on machines. The shopping complex is easy to get to, and there is usually some parking out front. We spend our days troubleshooting software and fixing hardware problems. It can get a bit cluttered with all the wires, but we know where everything is. We've been here in Shivalik Nagar long enough to see the complex change over time. Most of our customers are locals who live just a few blocks away. They come to us because we are close by and we’ve been here for a long time. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do; we just fix computers. Sometimes we have a quiet day, and other times the shop is full of people waiting. It’s just the natural flow of a small business like ours. We open up every morning and see what the day brings for the tech here.
