We call ourselves Robust Bio Fertilizer because we wanted to focus on stuff that helps the soil without being too harsh on the environment. Working right in the grain market means we see everything that happens from the seed to the final harvest. We are not some big corporate office with air conditioning and fancy desks. It is dusty and noisy here most days of the week. We spend our time talking to farmers who come in to sell their grain and might need something to help their next crop grow a bit better. We have a few guys who help with the loading and unloading. It is straightforward work that keeps us on our feet. We do not spend any money on big ads or marketing. Most of the people who buy from us have been coming to this same mandi for years. We know their names and their family stories. Sometimes the prices for materials go up and we have to explain that to everyone, which is never a fun conversation to have. But we try to keep things fair for everyone involved. We are just a small part of the big machine that is the food market here. It is about being there every morning and making sure we have what people need.
