Srinivasa Traders

We are located in the Himalayan Bazaar in Sarfuddinpur. Being in a bazaar means things are always lively and there is never a quiet moment. Srinivasa Traders is a small shop compared to some of the others, but we pack a lot of stock into the space we have. We deal in various goods and trade items that local people need for their homes or businesses. The aisles are narrow and you often have to squeeze past crates to get to the back. We don't have fancy displays or glass windows. Most of our stock is kept in sacks or sturdy boxes on the shelves. Sarfuddinpur is a place where everyone knows everyone, so we spend a lot of time just chatting with neighbors while we work. It’s a very hands-on job, loading and unloading stuff throughout the day. We don't use any high-tech systems; we just write things down and keep an eye on the shelves. Sometimes it gets overwhelming when the bazaar is crowded, but that’s just part of the experience. We've been part of this market for years. It’s a simple way of making a living. We open when the sun is up and stay until the last few shoppers head home. There’s no corporate strategy here, just buying and selling and trying to be helpful to the people who walk through our door. It’s what we know best.
