K L Constructions

K L Constructions is based out of Shastri Nagar. We are tucked away near Street No.3, not far from Seema Dwar on Rajpur Road. It’s a decent neighborhood, mostly residential, so it stays fairly calm during the day. We’ve been building things around here for a while. Our office is a simple setup where we meet with people who want to fix up their homes or start something new. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a place with a few desks and a lot of blueprints. We usually have a pot of tea going. If you come by, you’ll probably hear us arguing over a measurement or a delivery delay. That’s just how construction goes. Rajpur Road is always busy, so it’s nice to be slightly off the main track where it’s quieter. We know the local suppliers and the guys who do the heavy lifting. It’s a small operation, really. We don’t have a marketing department or anything. People usually find us through word of mouth or just seeing our trucks parked nearby. We just aim to build things that stay standing and don’t give the owners any trouble later on. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. We keep our tools clean and our plans clear. Most days, we are out on the sites anyway, so the office is just where we catch up on the paperwork in the evenings.
