Indya Crafts

Indira Nagar is a nice enough place to be, and our spot at 8-A Hill View is where Indya Crafts gets things done. It’s not a huge space, but we manage to fit everything in. Mostly we deal with different kinds of handmade stuff. There’s usually a bit of a mess on the tables because someone is always in the middle of a project. We have piles of materials tucked into corners and shelves that are probably a bit too full. The light is pretty good through the windows in the mornings, which helps when you're looking at small details. Sometimes neighbors drop by just to see what’s being made that week. It’s not a corporate office where everyone wears suits. We usually have tea going in the afternoon and there’s always some dust from the wood or fabric we are using. Finding the place is easy enough if you know the Hill View building. We’ve stayed here because it feels right for the kind of work we do. It’s quiet enough to get things finished but close enough to the main parts of town. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations for the shop itself. The crafts speak for themselves, really. It's just a few of us here making sure orders get out on time. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when a big shipment comes in and we have to sort everything out on the floor.
