Indiacrafts Emporium

Indiacrafts Emporium is located at 1-A, Race Course Road. It’s a decent area, and we have been in this same spot for many years now. The building is a bit older, but it has a lot of space for all the things we keep in stock. We have rows and rows of different crafts, from small trinkets to larger decorative pieces. It’s a bit of a jumble, to be honest, and we aren't the best at keeping everything perfectly organized. We don't have a marketing department or anyone telling us how to sell. We just know the history of the items and tell people about them if they ask. The staff is just me and two others who have been here since the beginning. We spend a lot of our time just dusting the shelves and talking to the regulars who come in for a chat. Race Course Road can get quite noisy with the traffic, but inside it stays relatively calm. We don't use any high-tech systems for our sales; it’s all done with a simple cash box and a paper receipt book. We aren't looking to expand or become a chain. We just like having this shop and seeing the different people who wander in. It’s an easygoing place, and we try to keep it that way for everyone who visits. We usually close up early on Saturdays to spend time with our families and get some rest.
