Ravi Crafts & Designs is located out in Rochipura Majra. It’s a fairly quiet area for the most part, which actually suits the kind of work we do here every day. We spend a lot of our time working with our hands, making things that people can actually use in their homes. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a massive warehouse or a whole fleet of delivery trucks. It is just the workshop where we get things done at our own pace. Sometimes the floor gets a bit messy with all the scraps and materials lying around, but we usually know where everything is kept. We started doing this because we just like making stuff. Every single piece we work on takes a bit of time, and we really don't like to rush it just to be faster. People around Rochipura Majra know us as the local place that does things the old way. We aren't into any fancy advertising or social media stuff. Most people find us by word of mouth or by just stopping by the shop to see what we're up to. It’s a very simple setup. We have our tools and our workspace, and honestly, that’s enough for us to be happy. The days start early and we usually work until the light goes.
