You can find us over at I.M.A. House in Pandit Vari. We are in Shop No-51, which is part of Phase 2 in Prem Nagar. It is a pretty convenient spot since we are right near the bus stand, so there are always people walking past. Our shop isn't very large, but we've managed to fit everything we need inside. Most days start with us unlocking the shutters and checking the mail that came in the day before. We have been in this part of Prem Nagar for a while now, and we've seen the area change quite a bit. The building itself is older, and sometimes the plumbing gives us a little trouble, but we manage. We don't really have a big marketing department or anything like that. It's just us handling the customers and making sure the paperwork gets done. We often have some tea with the other shopkeepers in the building during the slow hours in the afternoon. It is a friendly atmosphere, and everyone knows everyone else’s business. We try to keep our prices fair and just do an honest day's work. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the shop when a few people come in at once, but we just take it one person at a time. If you are waiting for a bus at the stand, you can see our sign from across the road. We are usually there from morning until late evening and sometimes we stay later if we have to.
