Eventers & Promoters is tucked away in the Shakti Vihar area of Dehradun. If you are looking for us, we are near Kumar Sweets and the old ITI building. Dehradun is a nice place to work, though the weather can sometimes mess with our plans if it starts raining out of nowhere. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It is just a room where we keep our files and meet with people who need help with their promotions or events. We spend a lot of time walking around Shakti Vihar or heading into the main parts of Dehradun to meet people. It is more about being out there than sitting behind a desk all day. We deal with all sorts of small tasks, from getting posters printed to finding people to help out at a venue. It is a lot of manual coordination and sometimes it feels like we are just solving one small problem after another. We like the local vibe here, and being near Kumar Sweets is a bit of a danger because we end up eating too many snacks. It is a small operation, and we don't try to act like we are some huge international firm. We are just local people who know the area well and know who to call when something needs to get done. It is practical work, and we just try to keep it as simple as possible for everyone involved.
