Hot Plate Event Organizers

Dalanwala is a fairly quiet and green part of Dehradun, especially along Chander Road where we have our office. We have been here for a good while now, focusing on organizing events. Most of our days are spent on the phone, talking to different vendors or checking off long lists of things to do. The office is not very large, and it is usually cluttered with menu samples, fabric swatches, and piles of notebooks. We do not have a fancy reception or a team of people in suits. It is just a few of us sitting around wooden desks, trying to make sure everything for the next event is in order. We talk to people in a very straightforward way about what they can get for their money. During the peak wedding months, the place turns into a bit of a madhouse with people coming in and out at all hours. We are often the first ones to get to a venue and the very last ones to leave after the lights are turned off. It is tiring work, and we spend a lot of time on our feet, but we are used to it by now. The weather here can be unpredictable, so we always have to keep an eye on the clouds and have a plan for rain. We just try to keep things moving and ensure the food stays hot and the guests have a place to sit.
