Panchhi Events

We are based at D-4 in Chandralok Colony on Rajpura Road in Dehradun. If you're looking for us, we are right behind the Ajanta Hotel. We work on events. It’s not always glamorous. Most of it is moving stuff, setting up tables, and talking to vendors about why they are late. We’ve been doing this in the 248001 area for a while. We know the local halls and the outdoor spots pretty well. We don't have a fancy website with stock photos. We just use what we have. It’s a lot of early mornings and late nights. When someone has a function, they just want things to work. We try to make that happen. It involves a lot of checking and re-checking. Sometimes things go wrong, like a fuse blows or the weather turns bad, and we just have to fix it right then. We don't talk about "excellence" or stuff like that. We just focus on getting the job finished so the client can go home happy. The office in Dehradun City is where we keep our supplies and do the planning. It’s a bit crowded with equipment sometimes, but we know where everything is. People come to us when they need someone to handle the heavy lifting for their parties or gatherings. We just take it one day at a time and see what needs to be done.
