DESIGN PLUS KCD LLP

Our office is located at 301 Sudarshan Vihar on Do Bachi Road, right where Sanjay Chakraborty’s place is. It’s a small operation here at Design Plus KCD, and we like it that way because it keeps things simple and manageable. We do a lot of design work, but it’s more about the practical side than just making things look pretty on a computer screen. Most days you’ll find us huddled over a laptop or looking at samples of flooring and paint colors. Sudarshan Vihar is a good spot for us, and being on Do Bachi Road means we are easy to get to for locals. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with receptionists and fancy waiting rooms. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working at our desks with stuff scattered everywhere. We take on various projects, some big and some just small fixes that people need help with. It’s honest work and we try to stay realistic about how long things take and how much they cost. Sometimes the plans change halfway through, which can be annoying for everyone, but we just roll with it. That’s how the building trade is. We’ve been doing this for a while and have learned that listening to what someone actually needs is better than trying to show off with big words. We’re just local designers doing our bit to help people build things right.
