Dance Doon Dance

Our studio is on Ansari Marg in Dehradun, and we have been here for a good while. It is a place where people from all over the city come when they want to learn some dance moves or just have a bit of fun. We do not run a very formal establishment. It is more of a community spot where the music is usually loud and there is always someone practicing in the corner. We teach different styles depending on what people are interested in at the time. Sometimes the studio gets a bit dusty and the mirrors need cleaning, but it is a hardworking space. We are not a big chain of dance schools; it is just us here in the 248001 area. We also help out with choreography for local school functions or weddings when families want to do something special. It is a lot of fun, even if it gets a bit chaotic when we have a full class of kids running around. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do here. It is just about the movement and the music. If you walk down Ansari Marg, you can usually hear the beat coming from our windows. We like being part of the Dehradun community and seeing people get better at dancing over time. It is a simple business, and we just focus on keeping the energy up and making sure everyone feels welcome when they walk through our door. No big corporate goals, just a lot of dancing.
