Our shop, Concept Marketing & Communications, is at number 130 on the Haridwar By Pass Road. We are directly opposite Prasar Bharti, so we see their building every day. Dehradun traffic can be pretty bad out here, especially in the afternoons. Inside the shop, it’s mostly just us handling marketing stuff and talking to people about their business needs. We have a lot of samples lying around. It’s a practical space. We don’t spend money on fancy furniture or decorations because we’re usually too busy working. Sometimes we have to run out to meet people, so the shop might be shut for an hour here or there. We’ve been at this location for some time. It’s easy for people to find since the By Pass is a main road. We do a mix of things, from small print jobs to helping people figure out how to promote their shops. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we stay late to finish up a project that’s due the next morning. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Most of our customers are from the local area. They know they can just walk in and talk to us without any fuss.
