Our office is in Teachers Colony in Harapanahalli. We are at Door No. 849/899, and Basavaraj Ganiger is the one usually there. It’s a quiet part of Davanagere. Even though the name sounds a bit like we’re a big science lab, we are actually quite small. We focus on agriculture and trying to find practical ways to improve what we do in the fields. Most of us are from around here, so we know the local soil and the problems that come with it. It’s not a polished corporate space. You’ll see stacks of paper and maybe some samples of what we’re working on lying around. We spend a lot of time talking to other farmers in Harapanahalli. We aren't trying to sell anything fancy; we just want to see if we can get better results from the land. Sometimes the ideas work, and sometimes they don't. We're pretty honest about that. There’s no big marketing team here, just a few of us who care about farming. Davanagere is a big district, but we stay focused on our little corner. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours, especially when the planting season starts. We don’t have a lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working at a table or on the phone. It’s just how we run things every day.
