Our group is located right near the Dehat Thana in Datia. Pahelwan Singh Rajak is the one who keeps things organized at his place. Being near the police station makes it easy for everyone to find us. Datia Mp Farmer Producer Company Limited is just what we call ourselves on the official documents. In reality, we are just a group of people from the nearby fields trying to make things work. Some days are very slow, and we just sit around drinking tea and talking about the water levels. Other days, like during harvest, it is complete chaos. We don't have any polished managers here. Everyone works the land. We help each other with getting the right equipment and sharing what we know about the crops. The office is really just a front room with some basic furniture and a lot of dust from the road. Pahelwan usually has his hands full with his own farming, but he makes time for the company business too. We don't do much advertising because everyone around here already knows who we are. It’s a practical setup for local farmers. Sometimes the paperwork gets messy, and we have to fix things twice, but that’s just how it is. We are just trying to keep our community of farmers going without making it too complicated or formal. We spend a lot of time just talking out in the yard when the weather is nice.
