Smart Computer

You’ll find Smart Computer right on Station Road. Being near the station means the area is always moving. You can hear the trains arriving and the announcements through the air if the wind is blowing the right way. Our shop is positioned right where the commuters walk past every day. Because of that, we get a lot of people who are in a rush. They might need a quick cable or a fast fix before they catch their next train. The shop is long and narrow, with shelves lining both sides. We keep a lot of stock because you never know what someone might ask for on their way home. The floors get a lot of wear and tear from the foot traffic, and we spend a lot of time sweeping out the dust that blows in from the street. It’s a busy life being on Station Road. We don’t really have off hours until the trains stop running late at night. Sometimes it’s a bit overwhelming with the noise and the crowds outside, but it also means we never feel lonely. There is always someone to talk to or a new problem to solve. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, and we’ve become a bit of a landmark for people who travel this route every day. We just keep doing our thing, one computer at a time, right in the middle of the rush. It is just the way we like it.
