Tewari Tea Corporation

Tewari Tea Corporation is located at Tewari House on Station Feeder Road. Being so close to the station means we hear the trains coming and going all through the day and night. The building itself, Tewari House, is where we keep our tea and run the office. It’s a solid structure that has been in the family or the business for quite a while. We have bags of tea stacked high in the storage area and the scent is very strong when you first walk in. Our staff mostly consists of people who have been with us for years and know the routine by heart. We spend our time sorting through the tea and handling the shipments that go out to different places. The desks are covered in samples and bits of paper where we've scribbled notes during the day. We don't have much in the way of modern office furniture, just what is functional and sturdy. Station Feeder Road is always bustling with commuters and travelers, so there is a constant energy outside our windows. Sometimes we stand by the door and watch the crowds for a minute during a break. We just keep things moving, making sure the tea is handled right and the paperwork is finished before we close up for the evening. It is a steady, traditional kind of place to work. No one here is in a huge hurry, but the work always gets done on time.
