Hi Spirit Cafe

We are over at the City Center in Matigara, specifically in Block C0206. Since the mall is right on NH 31, we see a lot of people who are traveling through Siliguri or coming in from the nearby areas. The cafe is a place where we spend our whole day, from grinding the coffee beans in the morning to cleaning the counters at night. It is a modern building, but we try to keep things feeling like a local spot. The weather in Matigara can be quite unpredictable, so we are often a place where people duck in to get out of the rain or the sun. We have a small team, and we all do a bit of everything, whether it is taking orders or washing up. There are no corporate scripts here; we just talk to people like normal. The 734010 area has grown a lot, and being in the City Center means we are part of that growth. We mostly just focus on our daily tasks and making sure the machines are working right. It is a lot of routine work, checking the milk supplies and making sure the seating area is tidy. People come here to take a break from their shopping or their drive, and we just provide a spot for them to do that. It is a simple life for us here at the cafe, just working day in and day out. We just try to stay focused on the small things that need doing every day to keep the doors open.
