You can find Mirik Chiyabari over on Burdwan Road in Siliguri. We are located at the Enco plywood land, right opposite Jaiswal Bhawan. It is a busy spot with lots of trucks and traffic going by all the time. Being in Siliguri is helpful because it is the main hub for everything happening in the hills and the plains. We handle a lot of tea-related work, which makes sense given our name. The office is not anything special to look at, just a functional space where we handle the business side of things. We have a small team here, and most of us have been working in the tea trade for a long time. It is not a glamorous job. There is a lot of checking invoices, talking to brokers, and making sure the tea from the gardens gets to where it is supposed to go. We deal with people from all over the area every day. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several deliveries arrive at once, but we just get through it. We are not really into big marketing or flashy signs. We just want to get the job done right and keep the business moving. It is a lot of early mornings and long phone calls, but that is just the way the tea business works around here. We are just a local Siliguri business doing our part.
