Mashova Tea Garden

Our place is on Aurbindo Road in Hakimbada. We are pretty close to the Siliguri Town Railway station and not far from Hill Cart Road either. This means we hear the trains quite often, which is just part of the background noise for us at Mashova Tea Garden. The building we are in has been around for some time. We have a lot of tea sacks coming in and out, and the smell of dried leaves is everywhere. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of small shops and people walking to the station. We spend our days sorting through tea and making sure the quality is what it should be. The office is small and usually a bit cluttered with paperwork and tea tins. We do not have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just talk to the people who come in and handle our orders the old-fashioned way. Sometimes the rain in Siliguri makes the roads a bit of a mess, but we still manage to get things done. We have got a small crew here, and everyone knows their job. It is a straightforward business without any bells or whistles. We like being near the railway because it feels like we are in the middle of all the action. It is a practical place for a tea business, and we have been happy here for a long time. It is just home for us.
