Our office for Malnady Tea Estate Pvt Ltd. is on the 2nd floor of Gopal Bhawan. We’re located on Church Road, right near the Modella Caretake School. It’s usually pretty lively around here when the school starts or lets out, with all the kids and parents around. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, though we’re usually too busy with paperwork to look out the window much. This isn't a massive corporate headquarters, just a functional space where we manage the business side of the tea estates. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through spreadsheets. The building itself is older, which gives it some character, though the stairs can be a bit much if you’re carrying heavy files. We’ve been here for a good number of years and have settled into a routine. It’s a small office, so we all know each other well and help out wherever it’s needed. Sometimes the school activities can be a bit loud, but it brings a nice energy to the neighborhood. We don’t put on any airs here. We just come in, do our work, and head home at the end of the day. Our focus is mainly on the logistics of getting the tea from the estates to where it needs to go. It’s steady work that keeps us on our toes without being overly complicated. We're just people doing our jobs.
