You can find us at Embee Fortune, right on the first floor in Flat G. We are near the BSF Kadamtala area, specifically the Camelia Block. It’s a busy spot near Durgamandir. We focus on desi foods, the kind of stuff we grew up eating. Nothing too complicated or fancy. We just wanted to make food that tastes like home. The kitchen gets hot, and there is always something bubbling on the stove. We are an LLP, which sounds formal, but we are just a small group of people who like cooking. The location near the BSF gate means we see a lot of people passing by. Kadamtala is a good place to be. We don’t have a big restaurant with waiters in uniforms. It’s more of a practical setup. We spend our time sourcing ingredients and making sure the recipes are okay. Some days we run out of things early. That’s just how it goes when you're small. We don't use a lot of fancy labels. Most people find us through word of mouth. We don't believe in spending much on flyers. If the food is good, people come back. That's our logic anyway. It’s a simple business. We work hard, clean up, and do it again the next day. Sometimes we try new things, but we mostly stick to the classics. It's what people want.
