You can find us up on the 4th floor of the City Center building in Block-F. That’s inside the Uttorayan Township in Matigara. It’s a busy spot in Siliguri. Being in Darjeeling district means we get a lot of people coming from all over the hills and the plains too. Kb International Skills Private Limited is where we spend our days. It’s a big building, so you have to take the lift up. We have a few rooms there where we talk about skills and training. The view from the window is mostly of the other blocks and the township roads. It gets quite loud during the weekends when the mall area is full. We keep our office open during the week. It’s not too fancy inside, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of notebooks. We drink a lot of chai while working through the applications. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we manage. Siliguri is always moving fast, so we try to keep up with the pace. It’s a good location because the bus stops are close by. We don't use much big talk here. We just show people what they need to learn for their jobs. Most of the staff live nearby in Matigara or close to the township. It feels like a regular workplace. We don't have those fancy coffee machines, just a kettle in the corner that we use all day long.
