We don't have any big signs or flashy lights out front. It’s just the number 298 on the gate. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and training materials scattered around. It feels lived-in and busy. We spend our days preparing for the next group of people coming through. It’s a practical setup, nothing more, nothing less. Pradhan Nagar is a decent place to be based, and being on Nivedita Road makes the commute fairly simple for most of the staff who live around the Siliguri area. We just keep things moving along steadily.
