Kali Chai Industries Private Limited

We've been operating out of Jajodia Market on S.F. Road for a while now. Siliguri is a busy place, and being right here in the heart of it makes sense for a tea business like ours. It's not a fancy office or anything, just a practical space where we handle the day-to-day work of Kali Chai Industries. Most mornings, you’ll find us sorting through things or talking to folks coming in from the nearby areas. The market gets pretty crowded, especially around noon, but that's just how life is in Darjeeling. We mostly focus on getting the tea processed and moving it to where it needs to go. It’s hard work, and the building we're in has its quirks, but it gets the job done. Sometimes the electricity acts up, or the rain makes the road outside a bit messy, yet we keep at it. People know us around here because we’ve been at this address for some time. We don't spend much on big signs or bright lights. Most of our day is spent making sure the operations are running smooth enough. If you’re ever walking down S.F. Road, you’ll probably see our spot tucked away in the market. It’s just us, working with tea and trying to keep things steady. It isn't a glamorous setup, but for what we do, being in Siliguri works out fine. We have a few desks and a lot of bags. It's mostly about the tea and staying on top of the orders.
