We’ve been running Hss Tea Packaging And Marketing Llp for a while now from our spot in Gokul Appartment. You can find us in Block B, right over in Panjabi Para. It's on Shiv Mandir Road in Siliguri. Being in this part of Darjeeling makes sense for a tea business because the gardens are all around here. West Bengal has plenty of good leaves all over the place. We spend most of our days getting the packaging sorted and figuring out where the next batch is going. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that, just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the traffic on Shiv Mandir Road gets a bit backed up, but we manage. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just making sure the tea gets from the growers into the bags and out to people who want a good cup. The weather here in Siliguri can be a bit unpredictable, either too hot or raining like crazy, which keeps us on our toes. We’ve got a small team and we all just pitch in where needed. It’s mostly about keeping the machines running and checking the weight of the boxes. We don't have a big marketing department with glossy brochures. We just talk to people and let the tea speak for itself. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on. If you ever find yourself walking down Panjabi Para, you’ll probably see our sign and know exactly where we are.
