Glenburn Tea Estate (Tourism Division) Dlx Ltd.

We have our office in the Kanak Building, which is at 41 Chowringhee Road. It is a very busy part of the city with a lot of history in the walls. Even though the name sounds a bit formal, we are just a small group of people working here in this old building. We spend our days talking to people about the tea estate and the tourism side of things. The windows look out over the street, and you can hear the trams and cars going by all day long. It is a bit noisy, but we are used to it. Our desks are usually covered in papers and maps. We don't have a polished corporate look; it is more of a lived-in space with old wooden floors and high ceilings. We handle all the bookings and questions from this office. Sometimes the lift in the Kanak Building doesn't work, so we have to take the stairs, which is quite a climb. We drink a lot of tea ourselves while we work. Most of the people who come in are looking for information about visiting the gardens. We just give them the facts and help them out however we can. It is a busy life on Chowringhee Road, but we enjoy the energy of the city. We are just regular employees trying to keep everything organized and running smoothly for everyone who needs our help with their travel plans.
