Evergreen English School

Evergreen English School is situated on Agrasen Road in the Milan Pally part of Siliguri. It’s a fairly central location, so it’s easy to find if you know the neighborhood. The school has been here for years, and the building shows its age a little, but it’s sturdy. We have several floors of classrooms where we teach students in English. The stairs are a bit narrow, so it gets crowded when the bell rings and everyone moves at once. Milan Pally is a lively area, and you can always hear the sounds of the street from the windows. We have a small staff room where teachers sit during their breaks to mark papers. The students come from all over this part of Siliguri. There isn’t a huge playground, but the kids find space to hang out during their lunch hour. We focus on the basic curriculum and making sure the kids understand their books. Most parents around here know us well because their older children or neighbors went here too. It’s a very local feel. We don’t have a website or fancy gadgets; we mostly just use paper and pens. It’s just a regular school on a regular street, doing what schools do every day of the week. There’s always someone at the gate to make sure the kids don't wander off.
