Assent Network

Up here in Siliguri, we have Assent Network set up in Reshmi Apartment on College Main Road. It’s a familiar spot for anyone who knows the area near Siliguri Girls High School. The road gets really lively when the school lets out, with students and rickshaws everywhere. Our office is just a straightforward room where we keep our files and computers. It’s not a place with a fancy sign or a big glass front. We prefer it that way. Siliguri has its own pace, a bit slower than the big metros but still busy enough to keep us on our toes. The weather can be a bit much sometimes, especially during the monsoons when everything gets damp, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. We’ve got a few desks and some cupboards full of old records. It’s the kind of place where we know the person at the corner shop by their first name. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It's just a few of us making sure everything is running the way it should. We do our daily tasks, talk to the people who drop by, and close up when the sun goes down. It’s a practical setup in a part of town that feels like home to us. It isn't perfect, the paint is a bit dull in the corner and the stairs are steep, but it works fine for what we do.
