Aamej Tea

We are located in Ward No- 47, over in Pati Colony. It is a quiet enough part of Pradhan Nagar in Darjeeling. Aamej Tea has been here for a bit. We do not have a big storefront with bright lights. It is just a practical space where we deal with the tea. Living and working in Darjeeling, you get used to the hills and the way things move a bit slower than in the big cities. We spend our days sorting through the various batches. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit damp, but we manage. People in the colony know exactly where we are. We do not do much in terms of fancy talk. We just sell tea. It is a basic business. We see the same faces quite often. That is the nice thing about being in a neighborhood like this one. The address is easy to find if you know the ward numbers. We do not use those big corporate sentences because they do not really fit who we are. We are just a small outfit. Every morning starts with a fresh pot for ourselves before we get to the actual work. There is plenty of tea around, but we try to keep things consistent. It is mostly about the leaves and the people who drink it. Nothing more to it than that. If you are around Pati Colony, stop by. We are usually around, just doing what we do every day.
