Aadyansh Tea Private Limited

We work out of Shiv Sakti Niwas on Road Number 2 in New Milan Pally. That is in Ward 25 of Siliguri. Siliguri is a major hub for tea, as anyone from this Darjeeling region knows. We have been at this address for a while now. It is a regular house where we handle the business side of things. It is not a fancy office block with elevators. We have tea samples all over the tables most of the time. The smell of dried tea is everywhere, which we do not mind at all. We spend a lot of time on the phone and writing down numbers. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it is a bit quieter than the main market area. We know our neighbors well and sometimes share a cup with them in the evening. Managing the tea business involves a lot of back and forth with the various estates. We have to keep a close eye on the weather and the harvests. It is not a glamorous job. We have boxes stacked up in the corner and folders that are often a bit disorganized. We just do our best to keep things moving. The 734004 area is a good place to be based. We feel connected to the land and the local crops. It is just a few of us here, making sure the tea gets to where it needs to go. We do not use big words or have long meetings. We just work.
