Bhusamruddhi Women Farmers Producer Company Limited. We are based out of Loharatumsar. The office is really just at Baburao Irpache’s place. It’s a simple spot where the local women gather to talk about the crops. Mostly it is just a lot of talking about the weather and if the seeds we bought are going to actually grow this time. We don’t have fancy computers or a big staff. It is just us trying to figure out the market together so we don’t get cheated. Sometimes the house gets crowded when everyone shows up at once. Baburao helps us keep the papers in order, but it’s a lot of work for people who spend all day in the sun. We have some registers that we try to keep updated. It gets dusty in Loharatumsar during the summer and the fans don’t do much. But we sit there anyway. We aren't doing anything big or famous. We are just a group of women from the village who decided it was better to work as a company than to work alone. It’s hard to get the transport right when it’s time to move the harvest. Sometimes the trucks don’t show up. We just deal with it one day at a time. The paperwork for the government is the worst part. None of us really likes sitting inside for that. We’d rather be out in the fields where things make more sense. We just keep trying.
