Our place, Vita Biopharma Pvt. Ltd., is located at Plot No. 143 in Panchal Udyog Nagar, Bhimpore. It’s a busy industrial area, and our plot is right in the middle of all the action. We’ve been here long enough that the sounds of the nearby factories just fade into the background. The building is a standard industrial shed, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, we have our biopharma setup where we spend our hours monitoring things and checking the stocks. Bhimpore can be a bit of a trek for some, but it’s where the work is. The roads around Panchal Udyog Nagar can be a bit rough, especially after the rains, so you have to be careful driving in. We don’t have a big reception area with a bowl of mints. It’s mostly just us in our work gear, focused on the tasks for the day. We have a small crew, and we’ve all learned to handle a bit of everything, from unloading crates to filing the logbooks. It’s practical work. We don't go around telling people we are the best or anything like that. We just do the job we are paid to do and try to get home at a decent hour. Most days are just about hitting our targets and making sure the facility stays clean and organized. It's a steady life here in Bhimpore, where things are mostly about grit and making sure the numbers add up.
