Our facility is out at Plot No. 143 in Panchal Udyognagar, which is in the Bhimpore area. It’s an industrial zone, so there are lots of factories and warehouses around us. We work in the pharma sector, mostly dealing with the production side of things. The building is a plain, functional structure designed for work rather than looks. Inside, we have our equipment and storage areas. It’s usually very clean because of the nature of the work, but the offices are just basic rooms with desks and files. We have a team of people who come in shifts to keep things running. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but the area is good for logistics. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. Most of our day is spent checking batches and making sure the supplies are moving correctly. The road outside can get a bit muddy during the rains, which is a bit of a pain. We’ve been at this location for a while now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial estate. It’s a serious place of work where we focus on the technical details. We don't do much marketing; we just fulfill the orders that come through our regular channels. It’s a steady, quiet operation for the most part, unless a big shipment is going out. That’s just how we operate every day.
