It’s funny because even though the name sounds very grand, we are just people working here in Bangalore. The office is in Aspen Garden. It is a decent place to be. We have a lot of things to look after every day. Running a hotel and spa means there is always something that needs fixing or someone who needs help with something. We don't always get everything right the first time, but we keep trying. The staff here is pretty small in this specific office. We sit at our desks and handle the bookings and the phone calls. Sometimes the computers slow down and we have to wait a bit. It’s not like those movies where everything is perfect. Real life is a bit more messy. We drink a lot of tea and talk about our weekends. Karnataka is a beautiful place, and we are glad to be part of the business community here. If you ever need to find us, just look for Flat 4D. We don't have big neon signs or anything flashy. It is just a regular workspace where we get things sorted out for the guests. It’s a job, and we do it as well as we can. We are just regular folks doing our part in the city.
