Hotel Vishnavi Refreshment

We are located in the SM Complex right on the High Way Road in Karkala. It is a handy spot for travelers since we are so close to the Krishna Mandir. Being in the Udupi district, specifically 574104, we get a lot of locals and people just passing through. Hotel Vishnavi Refreshment is a straightforward place. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Mostly, we just provide a place to grab a quick bite or a drink while you're on the move. The highway stays busy, so there is always noise from the trucks and cars. We started this place because we saw how many people needed a break during their travels. It gets hot in the afternoons, so having a roof over your head helps. We don’t have a massive menu or anything complicated. Just the regular stuff that people like. The staff is mostly local kids from around Karkala who need the work. We keep things pretty simple and don't spend money on big signs or bright lights. Most people find us because we are right there by the road. Sometimes the rain gets heavy and leaks a bit near the entrance, but we just mop it up. It’s a honest way to make a living. We see many pilgrims visiting the mandir too.
