Idbi Capital+Goldfinch Hotel

We are based out of Guttinabailu House, which is located in the Savanalu area. It is part of the Belthangady Taluk here in Karnataka, under the 574214 pin code. The name on the door is Idbi Capital and Goldfinch Hotel. It might sound like a bit of a mix, but this is where we handle all our business. Being out in Savanalu means we are not in the middle of a big city, which has its own slower rhythm. We work out of this house and manage the different parts of what we do from here. It is a local setup, very much tied to the local area. Most of the people around here know exactly where Guttinabailu House is. We do not have a big team of executives in suits running around. It is mostly just us keeping things organized and making sure the accounts or the hotel-related tasks are taken care of properly. The days can be long, especially when there is a lot of paperwork to get through, but we prefer the quiet of Belthangady over the noise and stress of the bigger towns. We focus on the practical side of things. If something needs fixing, we fix it. If a guest or a client has a question, we answer it as best as we can. It is a straightforward way of working that suits us just fine. We have been here for a while and plan to stay put.
