Rangoli Caterers

We are located right in Mariam Complex on Ambika Road over in Thokottu Permannur. It is a busy little area with lots of people coming and going. We started Rangoli Caterers because we liked cooking for our own family gatherings and then people started asking if we could do it for them too. It is mostly just us and a few helpers from the neighborhood. We do not have a big corporate team or anything like that. We just cook. The kitchen is usually a bit chaotic when there is a big order, but we get it done. People around here know us for the simple stuff. We do a lot of events at the local community halls. It is mostly traditional food that people in this part of town grew up eating. We get our supplies from the market nearby every morning. Sometimes the traffic on Ambika Road makes it hard to get the delivery van out on time, but we manage. It is a lot of heavy lifting, moving those big stainless steel containers around. My hands are always smelling like garlic or turmeric lately. We do not really do much advertising. People just know where we are in the complex. It has been a few years now and we have seen kids grow up whose naming ceremonies we catered for. It is nice being part of the local life here in Permannur. We just try to make enough food so nobody goes hungry.
