Bhats Caterers

We are based out of Shashi in Vidyanagar, which is up in the Kulai neighborhood. It is a nice part of the area to work in. We have been running this catering setup for quite a while now. Most of what we do is traditional food for local events and small gatherings. We are not really into the modern fusion stuff you see in the big city hotels. We prefer to stick to what we know best. Our kitchen gets very hot during the middle of the day, especially when we have the big burners going for the heavy rice vessels. Kulai is a bit away from the main city center, which is fine by us. It gives us more space to organize our supplies and park our delivery vehicles. We spend a lot of our time sourcing the right grains and spices because that is what makes the food taste right. Usually, it is just family members and a few local helpers getting the work done. We do not have a marketing team or anything like that. Most people just hear about us from their neighbors or relatives who ate our food at a function somewhere. We just focus on getting the salt right and making sure the food stays hot when it reaches the venue. It is a lot of heavy lifting and long hours on our feet, but we just keep things moving here in Vidyanagar for the folks nearby.
