Nirmala Store

You can find Nirmala Store up on the first floor of the Karimi Complex. We are right there on the Main Road in Bajpe, which stays pretty noisy with all the traffic passing by. Being on the first floor means people have to walk up the stairs, but they still come by for their bits and pieces. We have been in this spot for some time, keeping the shelves stocked with whatever we can get hold of. It’s not a fancy setup. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise and the lighting in the back is a little dim, but it works for what we need. Bajpe is a decent place to be, and the Karimi Complex is easy enough for most locals to find. We spend a lot of our time just checking the inventory and chatting with whoever comes in. Some days are slower than others, especially when it rains hard and people do not want to come upstairs. We keep the counter tidy, or at least we try to, though papers always seem to pile up. It is just a regular shop where we do our work. We see the same people from the neighborhood every week. They know where we are at 541, so they just pop in when they need something quick. There isn't much more to it than that. We just stay open and wait for the next customer to walk in.
