Jyeshtha Engineers

Working out of Plot No. 315 in the Industrial Area of Baikampady means dealing with a lot of noise and heat every day. Jyeshtha Engineers is right in the middle of it all, surrounded by other factories and workshops that are constantly humming. The air in Baikampady always has that industrial smell to it, a mix of metal and exhaust, which you just stop noticing after being here for a few years. Our workshop is a big open space where we keep all the machinery and tools we use for our engineering jobs. It’s not the cleanest place in the world because there is always some grinding or welding going on that creates a bit of a mess. We spend most of our time on our feet, moving between different projects and making sure the machines are running like they should. It’s the kind of place where you’re always getting your hands dirty, and the floor is usually covered in some sort of metal shavings or oil spills that we have to clean up later. When the afternoon sun hits the metal roof, it gets really hot inside, so we take plenty of breaks near the big industrial fans. It’s hard work, but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing something get built or fixed correctly. We don't have a formal front office, so if someone wants to talk to us, they usually just walk right into the shop area and find us near the back benches.
