Our Raks Pharma Pvt. Ltd. unit is located at Plot No. Z-111-a, Sez-2, in Vagra. Vagra is one of those places that you really have to know your way around or you’ll get lost in all the different industrial sectors. The facility here is pretty compact and efficient. We handle a lot of the manufacturing processes that require a bit more attention to detail. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time, so they know exactly how the old machines like to run. It can get pretty loud in the main hall when everything is running at once, so we use a lot of hand signals to talk. We have a small parking area for the workers' scooters and a little spot where we keep a few plants to make the entrance look a bit less gray. The work is steady but it isn’t easy. We deal with a lot of heavy lifting and moving drums around the warehouse. When the monsoon hits, the yard gets a bit muddy, so we have to be careful with the forklifts. We don't really do any marketing or sales from this location; it’s all about the production and making sure the quality is what it needs to be for the next stage. It’s a regular industrial job with a good group of people who just want to finish their shift and head home.
