We have been running things over here at Raks Pharma Pvt. Ltd. at Plot No. Z/111/a in the Gidc Estate for a good bit now. It is a busy spot, especially being so close to the Main Market where all the trucks and people are constantly moving around. Most days start pretty early because there is always a lot to handle with the equipment and the schedules. It is a straightforward kind of place. We don’t have those glass-walled offices you see in the city. It’s more about the concrete floors, the sound of the machinery, and making sure the inventory is where it should be. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into the front area, but we just clean it up and keep going. The staff here mostly lives around the area, so we know the local shortcuts and where to get a decent lunch. Working in pharma means there are a lot of rules to follow and paperwork that never seems to end. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure the labels are right. It’s not the most exciting work to talk about at a dinner party, but it keeps us occupied. If you walk past the main gate, you’ll probably hear the hum of the cooling units. We just focus on getting the orders out on time and keeping the place functional. It’s just a regular workday for us at the estate.
