Wecan Shelters is based in Cuttack at the Arundaya Market. We are located at Plot No-152 on Jagannath Lane in the Badambadi area. If you know Cuttack, you know Badambadi is one of the busiest spots you can find. There are buses and people everywhere all the time. Our office is right in the middle of that energy. We deal with shelters and housing. It’s a lot of paperwork and meeting with people who are looking for a place to stay or invest their money. The lane can be a bit narrow so parking is always a headache for us and the visitors. We have a small staff and we all do a bit of everything. One minute we are filing papers and the next we are out looking at a property across town. It’s a practical business. We don't have fancy brochures or a glossy reception area. It is just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of local knowledge about the Cuttack real estate scene. Being near Arundaya Market means we are close to everything we need. We see a lot of different people every day. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about the news, but other days we don't even have time for lunch. It is just how life is in Cuttack and we have gotten used to the pace over the years. We just try to help people find a spot that works for them.
