We are Devi Builders Pvt. Ltd., and you can find us at Devi Complex right in College Square. It’s a lively part of the city with plenty of people moving about all the time. Since the complex shares our name, it usually isn’t too hard for anyone to spot us once they reach the square. We have been here for a good while and have seen the area change quite a bit. Our office is a busy place, filled with the usual stuff like blueprints, site records, and plenty of paperwork. We don't have a shiny, high-end lobby or any corporate slogans on the walls. It’s a real working environment where we focus on the construction projects we have going on. The rooms are a bit packed with files, but we know our way around them. Being a private limited company involves a lot of official work, and we manage all of that from this location. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just focus on the building side of things and making sure everything stays on track. College Square is a great spot to be based because it’s so central. We spend half our time in the office and the other half out visiting sites. It’s a straightforward way of working that has suited us for years. We aren't looking to be flashy, just to keep our operations running smoothly from this base.
