We are based in Cuttack, right near the railway station in the New Malgodam area of Shikarpur. Shree Vishnu Associates Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for a good while. Being so close to the station means there is always a lot of movement and noise around the office. It’s a busy part of the city with a lot of goods moving in and out. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s a functional space where we handle all our paperwork and meet with people. We do a lot of work related to the local area, mostly helping with property and general business stuff. It can get pretty hot in the summer, and the office isn't always the coolest place to be, but we stay busy. We have a small staff and we all know each other well. Most of the people who come to see us are locals or people who have business at the railway station. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy logos and big presentations. Usually, it’s just a conversation over a cup of tea. We know the layout of Cuttack pretty well, especially the parts around Shikarpur. We’ve been here long enough to see the station area change and grow. It’s just a regular local business trying to do things the right way without any extra fuss. Most days we are just here handling whatever comes through the door and keeping everything moving.
